Hydroxyls are 33% more effective at oxidizing pollutants than ozone, 2.5 times for germicidal and fungicidal than liquid chlorine, and completely safe for plants, rubbers, plastics, vinyls, textiles, electronics, and other sensitive materials.

How does it work?

Hydroxyls are naturally occurring molecules that are created in our atmosphere when the sun’s UV rays react with water vapor. H2O + hv › H + -OH

Our hydroxyl generators use a dual process attack on contaminants:

1. The processing chamber sanitizes airflow and produces hydroxyls
   
2. The hydroxyl molecules exit the chamber to decontaminate surfaces and objects

The Process:

1. Contaminated air is directed into the sanitizing chamber
   
2. The quartz crystal optics are finely tuned to deodorize air flow, eradicate bacteria and other microorganisms, and produce hydroxyl molecules
   
3. The purified air is recycled back into the environment along with hydroxyls to further decontaminate surfaces and contents

Proven effective against these contaminants:

1. Aspergillus niger - mold commonly associated with water intrusion
   
2. Staphylococcus aureus – bacteria commonly associated with staph infections
   
3. Escherichia coli – aka E.Coli is a bacteria commonly associated with sewage
   
4. Psuedomonas aeruginosa – a bacteria commonly associated with pneumonia
   
5. Influenza A virus –a specific strand of the flu virus
   
6. Listeria monocytogense – rare bacteria and commonly associated with food borne illness and has a high fatality rate
   
7. Clostridium difficile – aka C.diff is a bacteria that naturally occurs in our bodies, but during the use of antibiotics can become over populated and release harmful toxins that can cause severe cases of bloating, constipation, or diarrhea
   
8. Porcine & Reproductive Syndrome virus – aka PRRS is a virus that effects the reproductive systems of pigs
